  3. Wax Removal: Once the ceramic shell is completely dry, it is heated to melt and drain away the wax, leaving a hollow ceramic mold.
  4. Casting: Molten nickel-based alloy is then poured into this ceramic mold and allowed to cool. As it cools, the metal takes on the exact shape of the mold.
  5. Shell Removal: Once the alloy has cooled and solidified, the ceramic shell is broken away to reveal the finished casting.
