Stainless Steel Castin

Stainless Steel Casting

Stainless steel has great corrosion resistance, which makes it great choice for casting parts used in food machinery, marine and other industries. CFS Foundry uses the latest investment casting method to creat precise cast stainless steel parts with less or no machining operation. 304(L), 316(L), 17-4 ph, 2205 duplex are common stainless steel grades for casting.

Aluminum Casting

Aluminum Casting

Due to the low density of aluminum alloys, parts made from aluminum casting process are lighter than other metals casting. Similar to stainless steel, cast aluminum parts also have good corrosion resistance while still maintaining low weight. So, aluminum casting is preferred for creating complicated parts when weight is a concern.

Iron Casting

Iron is also a common casting material due to its low material cost. Besides, iron casting can creat parts with excellent wear resistance and machinability. At CFS Foundry, we have sand casting and lost foam casting techniques to produce cast iron parts. Widely used cast iron materials include: grey (gray) cast iron and ductile cast iron.
